Five on Friday-St. George Family Photographer
Posted in Five on Friday
This picture has nothing to do with this post, but this is a photography blog…I had to have something, right??
1. So, have I mentioned that we are moving?? Yes, it is sad, but true. Actually it is very exciting in many ways, but will be so hard to leave so many great friends and a beautiful area. My hubby is going back to school to get an MBA…yes, we will be students again. This time with two kids. Wish me luck. I say me, because I think the transition will be hardest on me. It should be a fun adventure too, right??
2. As part of the great move, we have to sell our house. This project has consumed my life. You see, I am a pack rat. I mean, I don’t save totally useless junk, but I have a lot of hobbies which involve a lot of stuff. I have been slowly weeding through my things since the first of the year. I have gotten rid of a lot, but there is still SO MUCH to do. Don’t worry though, I have a week to get it all done before we list the house. A WEEK…(breath in, breath out, breath in, breath out.) Needless to say, this is the reason I have been fairly absent from the blogging world. Let’s hope once we have it up things will be a little calmer for a while.
3. Could spring just come, and stay. The cold weather is starting to make me really grumpy. I live in the desert for heavens sake. I need at least a little spring so I can endure the HOT summer.
4. I still have a couple of mini session spots available. I pushed them back a bit so I will start them in April. This whole school thing has thrown us a little curve ball (my hubby was offered a LARGE scholarship to a school other than the one we had finally decided to go to) and we are having to fly out to Michigan for 4 days at the start of April.
5. Anyone lived in Michigan? Sounds cold. Would love some reassurance that I will love it if we end up out there!

Great shot Stacia and I hope all goes well with the move, and selling the house!!
good luck on the move! Love this image too!
Stacia:
Good luck with moving and all the other things going on. Michigan is cold but not as cold as MN temperature wise. They do get a bit of snow — but my sister lives there and it is fun. Where are you going?
good luck with your next exciting adventure
gorgeous pictures…and good luck with your move – sounds like an adventure!
wow you have a lot on your plate right now! I wish you all the best of luck in selling and on your move…and don’t worry about the whole school thing, we just did that a couple years ago and it was ok and very worth it in the end
Oh and that image is BEAUTIFUL!
What a sweet shot! good luck with your move and selling your house!
