We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of a new baby brother in our house. My kids are thrilled. But, even though this is my fourth go around, I am feeling quite nervous. I feel like I have things ready to go, so now we just wait! Any day now!
I was looking back through the photos from my almost three year old. It is amazing how quickly they grow and change. There is nothing quite as amazing as those first few, newborn weeks. The smell, the way they curl up in my arms, their complete reliance on me…is it all so wonderful.
So, if you don’t hear too much from me in the next couple of weeks, you will know why. I’ll be back after I enjoy my newborn for a while!
